Retail Selector Study
The Home Improvement Retail Selector Study will help you understand consumer purchasing dynamics regarding 17 home improvement product categories, and how those dynamics might have changed compared to prior years.
More than 2,000 homeowners were surveyed to:
Examine homeowners’ purchasing behaviors and preferences, including the types of products purchased, why products were purchased, and preference for shopping in-store vs. online.
Identify where homeowners purchase their home improvement products and explore the reasons behind their choice of purchase location.
Identify and analyze the primary factors that influence homeowners’ decisions when choosing specific home improvement retailers.
Measure homeowners’ satisfaction levels with their chosen home improvement retailers.
